Franc Group (Pty) Ltd is a licensed roboadvisor and registered financial service provider. We facilitate investments for Franc Stokvel members. Franc Stokvel has contracted Franc Group to help Franc Stokvel members invest.

Samantha Varney

Chairperson

Sam has a BCom in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from UCT and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Wits Business School. After working as a Management Consultant for Ernst & Young, she ran South Africa's Malaria Programme for the Clinton Health Access Initiative. Sam is currently working for Harambee Youth Employment Accelerator. Sam also co-founded Dlala Nje, a social enterprise in Hillbrow, Johannesburg.

Tapiwa Ngara

Treasurer

Tapiwa is Investment Director at Value Capital Partners (VCP), and has over 10-years' corporate finance experience across public and private markets. Prior to joining VCP, Tapiwa gained invaluable experience from major listed companies including Vivo Energy plc, Goldman Sachs and Anglo American plc. He is a South African Chartered Accountant by profession and holds a MBA with distinction from London Business School.

Robin Lenahan

Secretary

Robin has a BA (Hon) from Yale University with a major in history and an LLB from the University of Cape Town. Robin has previously worked in international humanitarian aid and local micro-entrepreneurship. She is currently completing her articles as a candidate attorney at Lawyers for Human Rights in the field of environmental rights with a focus on business and human rights in the mining sector.
